Thanks to John at Remodeling Work 123, I have a beautiful new kitchen!  We had the cabinets refaced, new countertops, backsplash, and sink.  He also installed under-cabinet lighting for us.

We contracted John with Remodeling Work 123 to partially remodel our basement to add a bedroom and a bathroom.

+ John was very responsive and communicative throughout the whole process
+ Pricing information was up front, transparent, and competitive
+ John was accommodating to change requests and additional tasks
+ The quality of the work is excellent and John showed a commitment to ensuring its integrity

The only issue we had was that the timeline went longer than anticipated and it was good that we work from home as scheduling was sometimes last minute.

I noticed some of the hardiplank siding was coming off the outside of my chimney.  Looking for recommendations, I was told to contact Jon at Remodeling Work 123.  I sent him pictures and he was up front about everything, cost, repairs, etc. He came out and replaced all of the siding as there was more damage down the right side and I wanted to get ahead of it. I’ve had trouble with this chimney before. He also fixed some problems he found on the inside after all the siding was removed. He noticed damaged crown molding and fixed that too. John did a stellar job of remodeling our guest bath - converting the bathtub into a tiled walk-in shower, replacing the vanity cabinet, countertop, mirror, light fixtures and painting the walls. He checked with us every step of the way to get our preferences, and was always eager to please. He is very communicative and responsive. I found Remodeling Work 123 on the web as I was looking for a contractor to remodel my kitchen. There were 60+ reviews, and the ratings either 4 or 5 stars. With such a high rating, I figured I would give them a try. It was the best decision I could have made!  John is very nice and professional,  and his work is AMAZING!  He is knowledgeable, neat,  punctual, responsive  and very thorough. He was able to bring my ideas to life. I also appreciate that you pay after each part of the project was completed. This was helpful to keep track of my budget and if it had to be modified.  The project took about 5 weeks to complete, but part of that was due to my schedule. I’ve since used John on a couple of projects and again, very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend John for any renovation projects!  He’s great and you won’t be disappointed!! Remodeling Work 123 is the absolute best! After speaking with 4 different remodeling/tile contractors, we decided to go with John at Remodeling Work 123 based on his experience, fair pricing, and availability. He was a great communicator through the entire process and was very punctual and dependable. After having our hearts set on a challenging tile, John knocked it out of the park with this install.
